Each product starts from the way its users already work, talk and pay. Here is what that means in the products we have built so far.

  • Arabic first, English too

    Every product is designed right-to-left in Arabic from the start, with an English version alongside it.

  • Understands how people write

    Radd and Nashr work in Egyptian, Gulf and Levantine Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic and Franco-Arabic, the way customers actually type.

  • Local payment methods

    Dokkan and Nashr take payments in Egyptian pounds, with cards, mobile wallets and InstaPay.

  • Where your customers are

    Radd answers customers on WhatsApp and on your website. Nashr publishes to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Works on slow connections

    Dokkan's checkout works before JavaScript loads on a slow mobile connection, and every Alaab game is tested with a slowed-down CPU so it runs on older PCs.

  • Knows the local calendar

    Nashr plans around Ramadan, Eid and other occasions, Friday prayer and local weekends. Dokkan books sessions in Cairo time.
